Wednesdays starting September 15th-December 15th  7-8:30pm at the Activity Building on the Coombs Fairgrounds


Improve balance, coordination, body mind, mind body connection, using

modern science and a platform of proven excellence martial arts.

The most up to date stretch and release methods will complement the

workout along with self defence applications and guided imagery to retain

all that was learned in the class

Ages 12 and up are welcome.
