February 21st Walk Location- Lighthouse Trail in Qualicum Bay/ Please meet by 9:45am in the parking lot. Follow Highway 19A along until you come to Qualicum Bay. Turn left at Lion's Way (The Sandbar Restaurant is across the street from where you turn) and then right at Lioness Way. **** Check out our new Cardio Dance Fitness program, coming up in March. All levels of fitness are welcome. Our instructor Jen, is so much fun. Also! Let friends know about our FREE Food Skills program starting February 21st. There is also time to sign up for African Hand Drumming. Really a fun class! Please see all the details for these fabulous programs below. Time to try something new! Bring a friend!

Carpooling! Meet by the empty building (Soon to be Starbucks) at the front of Wembly Mall, (The BC Liquor Store side) by 9:10am for the February 21st walk. This is not organized by ACRA, but by a group of the Sole Sisters.

Important! If you are a fast walker, it is important that if you are ahead of the walk leader, that you loop back to the group, so no one gets lost. It is also important that you read about the difficulty and terrain of the week's trail, because we can't have people turning back halfway. The leaders try to plan for 60 minutes, but always give yourself extra time, because we stop and look at things! If you are unsure about a trail, call or email Kim or Kristine. Our contact information is in the green box above.

Thank you all for your support of each other and the program, and to Susan and Kathy for being our fabulous leaders! Thank you also to Magdalena who has kindly been helping at many of the walks. What a great group of friends!
