Sole Sisters Weekly Walk Location

IMPORTANT!
Please be sure to check here on the walk morning to see if there has been a cancellation.

April 18th Walk Location- Englishman River Falls Provincial Park. If you are coming from Parksville or Qualicum, take the Alberni Highway (4A) until you can turn onto Errington Road. Follow Errington Road until the pavement ends and you find a large gravel parking lot. This trail is well groomed and offers beautiful views of the Upper Falls and the river. There is one big hill that can be a challenge. We will meet in the parking area at 9:50am.

Carpooling! Meet by the empty building at the front of Wembly Mall, (The BC Liquor Store side) by 9:30am for the April 18th walk. This is not organized by ACRA, but by a group of the Sole Sisters.

Important! If you are a fast walker, it is important that if you are ahead of the walk leader, that you loop back to the group, so no one gets lost. It is also important that you read about the difficulty and terrain of the week's trail, because we can't have people turning back halfway. The leaders try to plan for 60 minutes, but always give yourself extra time, because we stop and look at things! If you are unsure about a trail, call or email Kim or Kristine. Our contact information is in the green box above.

Thank you all for your support of each other and the program, and to Susan, Kathy and Magdalena, for being our fabulous leaders! What a great group of friends!
